I. What do you learn?

Let’s learn SQL in Python using FugueSQL

FugueSQL allows users to combine Python code and SQL commands. You can switch between Python and SQL within a Jupyter Notebook or a Python script.

II. Setting up for FfugueSQL

I have install fugue related modules according to the post:

Introducing FugueSQL — SQL for Pandas, Spark, and Dask DataFrames

pip install fugue[sql] 

pip install fugue[sql, spark]
pip install fugue[sql, dask]
pip install fugue[all]
 

I’m also required to install pyspark.

pip install pyspark
